Photography is my life long passion. After receiving my first camera at the age of 8, it became a constant accessory. Family drives were interrupted so I could photograph the Rockies, the rivers or interesting buildings. Friends grew accustomed to seeing a camera in front of my face.
About 12 years ago, I was fortunate to able to devote myself full time to photography.
I have studied with photographers whose work I admire, travelling to conferences to further my knowledge and skill. Because I love the subtleties and detail of black and white film, I find ways around any challenges. The images here are from film ranging in size from 35mm to 8 x 10 inches!
As you can see, mountains, rivers and buildings are still favourite subjects!
